Valid credit card information is requied to book for all services with a non-refundable deposit of $50 or $100. Kindly show up on time for your appointment. If you arrive 15 nimutes after your scheduled time, it may not be possible to service your original booking. We will try our best to take care of you by making adjustments to fit services into leftover time from your booking.
We are more than happy to reschedule for you once or cancel the appointment with a non-refundable deposit for any reason. Please provide us with 48 hours notice of the change so we may hold the appointment for you. Cancelled appointments within 24 hours of your schedules time or a no show will result in your credit card being charged 50% of the missed service. We ask for a reasonable amount of time to make accommodations with our waitlist to fill up your canceled spot.
If for any reason the result of our services do not come out as discussed in our consultation or if you are not completely satisfied with the result, please contact us within 5 days of your original appointment. We will glandly provide no charge, complimentary adjustment services. We do not offer refunds on any service.
